Renovation and new construction
Quality is difficult to guarantee with traditional, lubricated sand-cement screeds in practice. After all, the earth-moist mortar must be properly compacted - often manually. Particularly in the case of the first floor floors at VDL, very high quality requirements were demanded and, thanks in part to the intensive consultation in the preparatory phase between Hurks and Van Rijbroek, were actually achieved.
