Heijmans is a publicly listed company that combines activities in real estate, construction & engineering and infrastructure in the areas of Living, Working and Connecting.

We inventory, conceive, advise, develop and design, always with the ultimate goal of making something happen. We want to contribute to the creation of a healthy living environment, and in doing so we focus our attention on the end user: residents, consumers and road users. Not only in the inventory, development and construction phase, but certainly also in the management phase.

Building a healthy living environment is about addressing complex new challenges in an integrated way. To do that successfully, we see everything in its full context. And so integrally across business units to connect things together.

Our Infra branch focuses on the construction, improvement and maintenance of infrastructure in public spaces and on private business parks, campuses and in the Netherlands; including associated installations and site-specific objects. This also includes technical work to make roads and public spaces safer, such as lighting, camera and signage systems. We have all disciplines for this in-house. We do this in large projects, but certainly also at regional and local level.

Real Estate focuses on area development of both large-scale and smaller projects in inner and outer city areas, acting as initiator, developer and seller of mainly residential properties. We respond to both new construction assignments and (inner city) transformation assignments.

Realization of housing is the core business of Residential Construction. Its activities primarily include new construction, but also the repair, rebuilding and renovation segments of housing. Maintenance and service are increasingly part of this.
