'We are there for personnel'. So reads the pay-off under Haldu Group's logo. This pay-off can be explained in two ways. Haldu Group provides personnel services for every construction and automotive company with short and long-term projects. In addition, Haldu Group is there for the personnel. To provide construction, automotive and technical professionals with a good job, offering them varied work that matches their experience and capabilities, and providing personal guidance.

Haldu Group's services are not limited to just sending out professionals. "Instead, our services are broadly oriented and focused on long-term cooperation with our clients," says Caspar Jansen, director of Haldu Group. "Temping, secondment, recruitment & selection and payrolling are part of our offering. But most importantly, this is always based on personal contact. Both to our clients and to our professionals."

Long-term relationships
"The employees in the office are the face and soul of the organization," Jansen continues. "Their knowledge and experience, strong commitment to employees as well as their clients determine the satisfaction of our clients. With a clear long-term focus based on long-term relationships, they are focused on continuity."

Personal contact
Long-term relationships do not only apply to Haldu Group customers, by the way, Jansen explains. They also prefer to enter into a long-term relationship with the tradesmen Haldu Group sends out. "Haldu Group values personal contact with our craftsmen. For example on the construction site, through a personal start-up by our field staff. But also individual contact with our own work coach at our office, who supervise our employees from A to Z and provide advice and assistance once they start working for us."

More than 33 years of experience
Halkers Groesbeek, Duoflex Bouwondersteuning and Gromada, subsidiaries of Haldu Group, operated on their own for many years. Jansen: "But since the merger in 2010, we have been working together as Haldu Group to create a strong organization with a focus on personnel and clients. We gladly put this experience and expertise to work for craftsmen and clients every day."

Through years of experience, Haldu Group not only values personal contact, but safety, health and certified work are also brought to our attention on a daily basis. Jansen: "One of our field sales staff is a safety expert and is therefore ideally suited to act as a bridge builder between the contractor and the employee. Especially when it comes to safety, which is of course extremely important for all parties. Every day we make our craftsmen even more aware of safe and healthy working on the construction site. We do this under the name Safe Start, a safety program that we set up ourselves following a seminar by one of our major clients.
