Custom kitchens for Prinsenpark 

Tieleman Kitchens does not shy away from customization. The kitchen specialist proves this, for example, in the Prinsenpark residential building in Rotterdam, where approximately half of the luxury suites and penthouses are equipped with a Tieleman quality kitchen. In addition to arrangements, front colors, handles, worktops and appliances, the customization is also in the way the kitchens are transported internally, says project manager Bas den Besten.

Tieleman Keukens designed, delivered and assembled the kitchens for Prinsenpark residential building on behalf of Gebroeders Blokland. "Especially for this project, we worked out three basic setups: a straight kitchen, a corner kitchen and a kitchen with a kitchen island," Den Besten says. "Based on the buyers' lists, we then scheduled appointments with the buyers. In our unique showroom in Middelharnis, they were not only able to get a lot of inspiration, but also to (further) design the kitchen of their dreams. Among other things, front colors, handles, worktops and appliances could be adjusted completely to their own taste, wishes and budget. In one apartment, the kitchen was even moved in its entirety, in consultation with Gebroeders Blokland. Because we already had all the construction drawings, the possibilities for each apartment were clear."

All kitchens will be transported and assembled in-house by Tieleman Keukens. "One challenge with this is that the kitchens could not be brought to the right apartments with an outside moving elevator," Den Besten says. "Internal transport was the only option. Therefore, we arranged a temporary indoor transport elevator. In just four days, all the kitchens were brought upstairs, where our own fitters took care of the assembly work. That too is customized work, in our opinion." The final kitchens will be delivered around the construction period.
