Delaere Engineering has a long and well-known history in classic weighing systems such as weighing bridges and platform weighers. 

For some time now, the company has developed primarily as a machine builder, specializing in installations for filling and handling big bags. The company operates internationally and is strongly represented in sectors such as chemicals, food and logistics. To further strengthen its ambitions in this area, Delaere wants to focus entirely on this activity. 

RDS BV?

RDS Weighing & Safety - formerly RDS Electronics - is a market leader in on-board weighing systems and safety solutions including cameras and anti-collision systems. The weighing systems branch will be expanded with the weighbridges of Delaere Engineering. 'Continue to invest in people, organization and products' is one of the company's slogans and with this acquisition, the deed is done.

Specifically?

Nothing will be changed about the weighbridges themselves, nor will the original team remain at your service. So the only difference is that from May 2021 you will also be at the right place for weighbridges at RDS Weighing & Safety.
