Unimar has been an established name in the food and non-food retail, automotive and utility sectors for more than 25 years, working largely on behalf of regular partners, such as property developers, retail organizations and contractors. "The spaces in which we install our floor tiles, wall tiles and PVC are often used intensively. To ensure the quality of the tile work also in the long term, we work exclusively with quality products," says Dennis van Doorn, who has been at the helm of Unimar Tegelwerken together with Seino van Brussel and Eric Sangers since 2018. "We process with high-quality ceramics, marble composite, natural stone and PVC in a wide variety of colors, structures and sizes, with which any desired dressing or pattern can be realized."

"Before the start of a project, we like to advise on the right tile choice and floor construction," Van Doorn says. "In doing so, we take into account both aesthetic, insulating and acoustic requirements and regulations. Based on the square meter price, we provide a quotation, after which we take care of the realization and leveling of the (concrete or sand-cement) subfloor as well as the correct processing of the tile products. For the past year and a half we have also been laying (liquid-tight) PVC floors. Upon completion, we always provide maintenance/cleaning advice so that users can enjoy their floor or wall for as long as possible. In case of questions or problems, we are always available. Moreover, we are happy to visit the project site after delivery to evaluate the project, the project approach and the delivery result with the customer. This commitment and reliability is greatly appreciated by both clients and end users."

Unimar has a close-knit team, each with their own specialty. "This allows us to provide customization not only for each space, but also for each customer," Van Doorn emphasizes. "Where one day we realize more than 500 square meters in a supermarket, a day later we lay max 10 square meters of mosaic floor. A huge contrast that not only illustrates well the diversity of our services, but also keeps the work fun and challenging for our team."
