Storage units composed of safety mesh offer a host of advantages. For example, they are a cheaper alternative to traditional masonry. Such mesh panels also allow light to pass through, provide good ventilation and offer protection against vandalism and burglary. Since one can see through the mesh, it is easy to keep an overview. "Our panels can be adapted to most premises and storage areas, even if the ceilings are sloped. For areas where extra security is required, we offer the option of installing a mesh or full plate roof. The advantage of a mesh roof is that it is light- and air-permeable, while the full plate variant is ideal for spaces that need to be completely shielded and/or where the contents need to be hidden from view," Herbosch said. "Such panels are not only of interest for new construction, but are also often used for renovation projects, for example to divide storage rooms in basements, to furnish enclosed bicycle sheds or boxes in parking lots, to replace masonry walls with a more transparent and modular system, to provide bicycle boxes inside or outside, to shield technologies such as heat pumps, transformers, electric cabins, etc."

A clear way of working

Each project is unique. The customer can measure himself or call on one of the Troax specialists. For new construction, we initially still work according to the plans, but once the construction is in place, final measurements are taken. "After taking measurements and looking at the possibilities, we make a detailed price offer, with 2D and 3D plans. This allows the customer to visualize the set-up even before he orders it. As soon as the materials are ordered, a Troax assembly team comes to install the fencing. A handy do-it-yourselfer can also easily do this himself. In fact, he receives the implementation plan and accompanying assembly manuals with step-by-step explanations," Herbosch concludes. "It is often important to be able to make flexible adjustments on site to adapt walls to a particular situation (e.g. sloping ceilings, pipes that are in the way, ...). Since we work with a modular system, we can easily adjust the panels on site with included finishing profiles."
