Innovative escape route system

A great development and unique in the market are ProN3's automatic EI-30 and EI-60 certified fire-retardant escape sliding doors. These sliding doors are ideally suited for all fire-rated partitions where the customer wants the convenience and pleasure of an automatic sliding door, but the escape route requirement is a manually operated swing door. "In harmony with the already existing environment, this sliding door - in normal situations - will slide open and close fully automatically," Wijnstekers said. "In the event of a fire alarm, the door - even without power - will close mechanically and transform into a manually operated revolving door that, after you push it open, will close mechanically. In addition to airports, office environments, stores, hotels, hospitals and care centers, the standard escape sliding door lends itself perfectly to car showrooms because it allows the entire width of the facade to be utilized."

Hygienic COVID-19 solution

Also unique are ProN3's hygienic COVID-19 solutions, which allow handsanitizers to communicate wirelessly with the automatic doors. "Thanks to our solutions, the doors will only open after an employee or visitor has disinfected their hands," said Wijnstekers. "If desired, links can also be made with temperature gauges and/or camera recognition for mouth caps, as well as a personnel counting system. All solutions can be installed quickly and wirelessly in combination with a mobile turnstile (3-arm turnstile), which can also be rented from us."
