Excellent level of finish for Rotterdam residential towers

The Zalmhaven in Rotterdam stands out not only because of its great height, luxury and comfort, but also because of an excellent level of finishing. The work of VAB Afbouwgroep makes a substantial contribution to this.

VAB Afbouwgroep has 30 years of knowledge and experience in plastering, spraying and painting. And also for (scanning) wallpaper, contractors can rely on the Volendam finishing specialist. "We prove this, for example, in Rotterdam, where we provide an important part of the interior finishing on behalf of BAM Bouw en Techniek - Grote Projecten," says Edwin Kras, Project Manager at VAB Afbouwgroep. "Both in the highrise (De Zalmhaven I) and midrise (II and III), we realize the stucco and spray work, plastering, paint spraying and saucing of the ceilings and walls, as well as the scan wallpaper of the walls. We carry out work in all apartments, elevator halls, traffic and common areas, as well as the parking garage. The main challenge here is the tight time schedule. At peak times, as many as 25 professionals were active on the construction site on behalf of VAB Afbouwgroep. Moreover, we had to deal with a variety of tenant and buyer requirements. Based on BAM's finishing list, we carry out exactly the right work for each home. We will deliver our work in November."
