A more beautiful appearance, considerable energy savings and satisfied residents. According to this ambition, Verhoeven Vastgoedverbeteraars is carrying out various activities in and on the imposing L-flat in Zeist.
"Because of our clever combination of painting and Fineo vacuum insulating glass, we were included in the construction team for the L-flat at Woongoed Zeist's request," say commercial director Ruben Kuhn and operations manager Niek Slots. "Initially, the plan was to replace the existing single-glazed flap windows. However, thanks to the application of Fineo's innovative vacuum glazing, the original flap windows in the living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms could be retained. With this, we give concrete meaning to circular renovation. Moreover, a very high insulation value is guaranteed, while renovation costs are significantly lower. Last-but-not-least, the familiar appearance of the homes remains intact." The paintwork also contributes to this. "All wooden facade elements are given a fresh new coat of paint by us. For example, wood rot spots, bad sealant joints and other damages are carefully repaired, taking the facade to a new level both technically and aesthetically. The window frames are finished in RAL9010, while for the doors the characteristic shades of green are maintained."
Verhoeven Property Improvers also performs various work in the homes. Examples include the kitchens, bathrooms and toilets, where door frames, ceilings and walls are being addressed. "Because the work is being carried out in occupied condition, careful resident communication is indispensable. In close cooperation with Coen Hagedoorn Bouw, we are doing an excellent job of this. Every day a home is started and delivered."
