Also in 2020, the Pelecon portfolio is well filled with great projects. One such project is the expansion of the Bol.com distribution center in Waalwijk. An expansion from 65,000 to 165,000 square meters of floor space. The building also includes a high-rise section with an internal height of 32 meters. When the new section is completed, expected 2021, Bol.com will be able to store over 7.5 million items.
