Platform on new construction, renovation, restoration and transformation
The entire project, which we commissioned on behalf of SW Real Estate Improvement have performed, has been carried out under architecture and the result is really pleasing; the historic facades have been restored to their former glory. 🚧
We installed plastic window frames on the back of 60 homes and wood window frames on the front. Every facade and detail was different, which made it a challenging but fun project for our team to work on.
Working among "Real Rotterdam people" was therefore very pleasant. "Nice and direct and you always know what to expect from them. The cooperation with our client was also very pleasant," said our foreman. We are proud to have contributed to improving the sustainability of these homes in Rotterdam! 💚
