Prefab balconies, gallery slabs, walls, columns, beams and floors; Lucassen Bouwconstructies designs, calculates and makes the production drawings. We model all parts 3D in a BIM Model. From that model, drawings are generated on the basis of which the manufacturer can produce the elements. These incorporate everything: the shape of the element, the reinforcement, the insulation and the pouring facilities.
