Siniat is a brand within the Etex Building Performance division. Siniat offers a range of interior and exterior solutions (partitions, ceilings, panel systems) where performance takes precedence at all times. Whether in terms of acoustics, thermal insulation, moisture resistance, fire resistance or aesthetics, our gypsum and fiber cement boards must meet many criteria that are important to ensure a certain quality of life for occupants and users.

Drywall for a multitude of performance requirements

Plasterboard is increasingly being used in residential and commercial construction for both new buildings and renovations. Plasterboard makes it quick and easy to create lightweight partition walls, ceilings, etc., allowing buildings to be occupied in a short period of time.

Fiber cement sheets, for indoor and outdoor applications

Fiber cement boards are composed of Portland cement (a binder), mineral fillers, organic reinforcing fibers (cellulose or wood) and functional aggregates. They offer a number of extremely good properties such as high resistance to frost, fire, moisture, mold and pests, ... and high mechanical resistance (high impact and impact resistance).

Modular construction

We have high hopes for the innovations in modular and precast construction. Instead of putting masons to work on site in all weathers, there are alternatives with particularly high potential. Just think of the possibility of building walls in a controlled environment, under favorable temperature and humidity conditions, and transporting them to the site from there. Our materials are ideally suited for this method of construction. Siniat is constantly looking for new systems to support new construction methods.
