All 45 apartments of the Sud project in the Kop Zuidas in Amsterdam have been sold. Slokker Bouwgroep handled the realization and is handing over all the apartments to the new residents.
The project is located in the Kop Zuidas, situated on the new Hogelandplein and the Zuidelijke Wandelweg, near the RAI and the Rivierenbuurt. Sud consists of 45 energy-efficient and luxurious owner-occupied apartments ranging in size from 65m2 to 200m2. Underneath the building is a parking garage for 47 cars. Eefje Voogd Makelaardij and Broersma Nieuwbouw supervised the sale.
The 550 m2 of commercial space in the first floor directly on Hogelandplein has now been delivered to the new owner. The sale was supervised by Van Gool Elburg Real Estate Specialists.
The building was designed by the Amsterdam architecture firm Office Winhov in the style of Berlage's Plan Zuid architecture. Careful use was made of detailed masonry patterns and expressive, building-high bay windows with loggias.
COD is very active in the Kop Zuidas. For example, the 320-room Motel One, the RIV// apartment complex with 67 apartments and the nhow Amsterdam RAI with 650 hotel rooms were previously realized by COD.
