In Vianen, construction of the new distribution center for Stedin is nearing completion. The building, designed by Dedato designers and architects, combines functionality with a modern look. Commissioned by Heerkens van Bavel Bouw, facade builder JM van Delft & zn of Drunen has fitted the three segments of the building with high-quality aluminum frame strips and curtain walls. These facade elements not only contribute to a modern look, but also play an essential role in the energy efficiency of the building.
Aluminum curtain walls were chosen for the offices within the distribution center, providing a light and open working environment. The use of aluminum fits seamlessly with the strict sustainability requirements set by the client and project developer HBVM Vastgoed. Aluminum is a material with a long lifespan and excellent recyclability, making it a logical choice for a future-proof building.
The cooperation between JM van Delft & zn and Heerkens van Bavel Bouw went smoothly and on schedule. Thanks to efficient preparation and meticulous execution, the facade work could be completed on time. For JM van Delft & zn, the project is complete and the entire distribution center is expected to be delivered at the end of March.
With this project, JM van Delft & zn once again underlines its expertise in high-quality and sustainable facade solutions. Whether for logistics centers, office buildings or other utility projects, the Drunen family business remains a reliable partner for innovative and efficient facade construction.
