This new cooperation benefits the three parties in terms of knowledge, capacity and flexibility. This is the first time that Weijerseikhout and Consolidated - both two major players in the roofing industry - are taking over a company together. The intention is to further expand this cooperation in the future. To this end, they may take over further companies.
Dakrenovatie Holland will continue to operate as an independent entity in this new cooperation, but with back up from two renowned roofing specialists. Leon Simonse, managing director of Dakrenovatie Holland, says: "This will enable us to continue to build on and take full advantage of the synergy benefits of Consolidated and Weijerseikhout. This acquisition enables Dakrenovatie Holland to further expand into the sloping roof expert of the Randstad region."
Weijerseikhout chose this partnership because of the regional anchoring that Dakrenovatie Holland offers. This is how director Lars Weijers explains, "From way back, many of our regular clients are located in the North Holland region. With this new partnership, we have even more capacity and flexibility, especially in that region. This allows us to serve our clients even better."
Through this cooperation Consolidated, which with three branches is one of the largest roofing companies in the Netherlands, increases its knowledge and capacity in the field of sloping roofs. "This cooperation gives us the opportunity to respond even better to the needs of our customers. We can serve housing corporations in particular even better" indicates Martin Mastenbroek, Managing Director of Consolidated.
