Vata Nederland is supplying the heating and cooling systems for the 124 homes in the Waterside II project on Rotterdam's Kruiskade. The heating and cooling delivery systems will be installed from the WKO delivery sets.

Vata Nederland specializes in building-related climate installations for utility, residential and industrial buildings. The company provides the total package from advice and engineering to realization and management of the installations. Owner Robin Achthoven: "We are particularly strong in process technology, especially in factories, swimming pools and wellness centers. We were involved in this project by the client, whom we know personally."

Guidance from A to Z

The company is providing the installations for the Waterside II homes. "This is a fairly simple project for us, which we are happy to do for this client. Usually we work more broadly and accompany the project from designing and calculating the installation to installation and management. The client did ask us quite early on to look in on this project. It's great fun to work with these people on this project. We can learn a lot from each other. That's the key to success."

From large to small

For installation, Vata uses partner companies, which are well instructed. As a result, the company is flexible and can take on projects from large to small. This, along with the company's wealth of knowledge and experience, proves to be a successful approach. "We don't have a sales department, but we do have plenty of work. For example, we are currently working on a project at a theater. Something completely different again, but that also makes it fun."
