All apartments and penthouses are equipped with underfloor heating and a substantial boiler capacity for hot water. A balanced ventilation system with heat recovery provides a comfortable indoor climate. We also provide the rainwater drainage system and an extraction system for dirty air in the parking garage and storage rooms," Roeleveld explained.
