This time they looked at the yield in apartment complexes. This study was based on an apartment complex with 5 floors and 30 owner-occupied apartments and what emerged ... the Return-On-Investment was positive in all regions considered and could even amount to over € 94,000 more return.

This study is based on the Kooltherm K108 Cavity Board. This unique high-quality rigid foam insulation board for cavity wall constructions, thanks to its low lambda value of 0.018 W/m-K, delivers the best insulation performance among rigid foam insulation.
