• Making the insulated sidewalls and roof of a dormer requires precise carpentry work. Unilin Insulation specializes in the development of these structural elements and the turnkey delivery of these building components.
  
• Both the side cheeks and the roof of the dormers are constructed of plywood interior and exterior sheeting with PIR rigid foam insulation in between, allowing the components with Rc values of 4.5 and 6.0 to maintain a slim shape.
  
• Using a semi-finished product (structural dormer) simplifies and speeds up the production of a finished one.
