Studibo welcomes 8 new labels: big step in the Netherlands and further expansion in Belgium

Studibo, specialist in multidisciplinary solutions and certification for sustainable buildings and healthy living environments, welcomes eight new labels in Belgium and the Netherlands. With this expansion, Studibo strengthens its position in the Benelux and gives customers access to a broader range of services.

Stronger anchoring in Belgium

In Flanders, six new labels are joining, each with its own specialization and strong local roots:

  • Atlas Engineering (Keerbergen) - stability studies.
  • Dirk De Groof (Putte & Deinze) - EPB, safety, inspections, asbestos inventory & demolition monitoring
  • Doro (Kuurne) - industrial safety & prevention
  • Realed (Waregem) - EPB, safety coordination & inspections.
  • Vanderkeulen (Bruges) - probing, soil investigation & foundation advice
  • Vörtgang (Turnhout) - techniques & BIM

In addition, Energylux (EPB, safety & inspections) is strengthening Studibo's presence in French-speaking Belgium( Bastogne) and Luxembourg , following the earlier entry of Ingeo (Verviers).

Together they account for more than 250 employees supporting clients in building certification, engineering and safety consulting.

Important step in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, Studibo welcomes PVM, an established name in integral real estate advice and certifications for housing associations, investors and governments. Together with Lois Advies (BREEAM certification), Studibo Netherlands now has more than 100 employees.

The ambition is clear: to further expand Studibo Netherlands, both geographically and with additional areas of expertise.

"Each of these labels has built a strong market position. What binds us is the focus on quality, customer orientation and entrepreneurship. Thanks to this expansion, we can serve our customers even better and use our expertise more broadly," said Karel Verhaeghe, CEO Studibo.
