Video: Scaffoldless® HSB elements installed at Campus Midden - Lelystad

For the project Campus Midden at Lelystad engineers, produces and assembles WEBO | Scaffoldless^® Build the precast facade elements, which are factory fitted with frames and mineral facade bricks. This eliminates the need for scaffolding during assembly and allows the elements to be installed in a minimum lead time. The residential block consists of 300 homes.

In addition to a high construction speed, Ter Steege was looking for a construction partner that met the required quality and safety requirements. The Scaffoldless^®-elements are supplied as standard with a KOMO certificate, a Fire Class B certificate and corresponding connection details. Thanks to good preparation, the project is running smoothly and the assembly of the facade is on schedule. Marcel Pardijs, project manager at Ter Steege Bouw Vastgoed, says: "The quality of the facades is better than expected. Both we and the client are very satisfied with the result."

Sustainable and circular construction 

The Scaffoldless^® facade elements are lightweight and contribute to efficient construction process. Moreover, WEBO | Scaffoldingless^® Build responsible and certified wood. Wood is inherently circular and smart storage of CO₂.
