Sill system with snap-on mounting for plastic and aluminum frames

Once originated from an obligation in the Building Code: low sill systems. Over the years, the wishes and requirements have changed and the further development of threshold systems is of great importance. Innodeen shared solutions is the company that innovates, together with its clients.

Innodeen divides its patented DTS sill system (Dutch Threshold Systems) into four product groups: DTS TIMBER for wooden window frames, DTS INDOOR for interior window frames, DTS REFLEX for sustainable protection, repair and upgrading of existing window frames and DTS VARIPRO for plastic and aluminum window frames.

"The DTS VARIPRO basic sill system is modular so that there is a good connection for every conceivable compartment filling," explains Ludo Schennink, commercial director at Innodeen. "The basic profile runs under the entire element and depending on the compartment filling, application slats are applied." A suitable solution is available for all known profile houses.

With neuts, delivered to size

"The DTS Varipro Plus system, like the Basic line, is modular in design but comes ready-to-fit and equipped with studs for tighter lines and easier installation," Schennink said. "With the VARIPRO Plus line, the application battens are not screwed but attached by a unique snap-on assembly. Recesses for locking pots and the like can also simply be included in this process."

CE mark

Both Varipro lines, thanks to their low step, comply with the Building Code. "DTS Varipro Plus, which allows us to develop a specific sill for each profile house, meets higher wind and water tightness requirements. With a number of profile houses, we can supply the complete element under CE."

Cradle-to-Cradle Certificate Silver

Hollodeen, from which the DTS sills are manufactured, is fully circular. "Our DTS sills are Cradle-to-Cradle certified. We have always been working on this as a company and it is not grafted onto one product, but the great thing is that we can now demonstrate this independently with this certificate." Schennink would also like to add that his products contain no harmful fibers. "So also machining, processing and post-processing of the material can all be done without any problems."
