To get the best proposal for the Zwanenveld's installations, Veluwezoom Verkerk invited Denned Installatietechniek to develop a proposal. The installations should greatly improve the energy label and make the homes "NOM-ready. In the future, the homes should be able to be converted to gasless with minimal interventions.
"We first looked at the existing situation," says Bas van Ditshuizen, commercial consultant at Denned. "How could we make the existing installations suitable for the client's NOM readiness ambition with as few modifications as possible? The tap water installation is a good example. It remained in place, but by adding a heat pump, it now makes more use of renewable energy."
Special renovation department
Denned has a special department within the company for renovation work. The employees of the Renovation Department are familiar with occupied remodeling. They briefly explain their work as needed. They stay in the home as briefly as possible and make sure the plumbing is minimally out of order. "We also brought that up in our proposal," Van Ditshuizen says. "Even the larger renovations including bathrooms and toilets, we can complete within three days. The combination of these factors led to us being invited as a construction team partner."
Total Installer
By choosing Denned, Veluwezoom Verkerk is also choosing a total installer. Denned is at home in plumbing, E-installations, heat pump technology, solar panels and more. It has its own measurement and control department that works out the designs, examines the feasibility and guarantees the execution and aftercare. Dennis Scheffer, general manager of Denned: "That makes us independent of third parties. We can schedule all work ourselves and coordinate it optimally. A big advantage for the client when making the overall planning."
