WEBO offers the possibility of prefabricated installation of the maintenance-free HoutAlu-Kozijn® in the BENG or NOM-Element®. The window frames come complete with glazing (HR++ or HR+++), topcoat and two-sided protection. Result? After placing the HSB elements on site, the façade is immediately wind and watertight, resulting in maximum construction time reduction. Moreover, you can always rely on a perfect connection of the wood-aluminum frames.
In high-rise buildings, the choice is often made for the combination between HSB elements and the HoutAlu-Kozijn®. This is because the wood on the inside is not exposed to weathering and the aluminum on the outside requires no maintenance. This gives the HoutAlu-Kozijn® a remarkably low TCO (Tocal Cost of Ownership). With a U-value of up to 0.64, the window frame fits perfectly within sustainable projects that are realized according to the BENG or NOM standard.
The HoutAlu-Kozijn® has an attestation for 30-60 minutes of fire-resistant window frames. This makes WEBO one of the first parties to demonstrably comply with the legal requirements to prevent fire penetration and spread (WBDBO) in a building. In addition to the HoutAlu-Kozijn®, all WEBO fire-resistant window frames, windows and doors that fall under the NEN-EN 16034 standard are CE-marked. The timber frame construction elements also meet the fire safety requirements.
WEBO's HSB walls are fitted with frames in the factory by means of an automated production process. The entire engineering is carried out in BIM, allowing for the most efficient work in the preparatory and execution phases. WEBO also takes into account all energy performance and (fire) safety requirements.
WEBO's HSB elements and window frames come standard with a KOMO certificate, HOUT100% assurance and a PEFCtm- and/or FSC® and STIP® labels.
