Without a gas cartridge and a tangle of hoses - for maximum freedom and comfort. With the first battery Duplex nailer of its kind from HiKOKI, users can now have a powerful and low-maintenance tool.
Nailers powered by compressed air or gas cartridges are effective, but at the same time reduce working comfort and efficiency and burden the wallet, as both a compressor and hoses are required. HiKOKI offers a solution here with the innovative HiKOKI nail technology: a combination of pneumatics and battery power that unites the best of both worlds. "Construction is always about time, cost efficiency and safety - with the best possible work results," explains Julian Sauter, Product Manager at HiKOKI Europe. "This is also why the nailer is now leading the way in the professional sector when it comes to the stable joining of wooden structures."

The overall cost of nailers on compressed air or gas cartridges is relatively high, as additional hoses, compressors and expensive compressed air are required. Moreover, compressed air or gas cartridge nailers often do not provide the user with the required safety - the tangle of hoses quickly becomes a tripping hazard and is particularly dangerous high up on the roof. In addition, the gas cartridges in these nailers must be changed frequently - and each change forces users to interrupt work, and on top of that come the smell of gas and loud explosion noises during operation. The solution: As a cordless device without gas cartridges or hoses, the new cordless nailer offers both safety and cost efficiency. The unique air spring drive system (ASDS) developed by HiKOKI, which is also used in the NR3675DD is integrated, does not require gas cartridges, which minimizes maintenance. In addition, no regular maintenance of the combustion chambers is required - saving additional money.

The new Battery Duplex Nailer NR3675DD is a real addition to HiKOKI's range of nailers, it is a revolution for fastening technology across the board. "Our new device can easily compete with nailers with gas cartridges - this type can handle up to 900 nails per load," says the HiKOKI product manager. The NR3675DD is the first nailer of its kind to offer users a real productivity boost - Duplex nails no longer need to be hammered in by hand, nor do screws for temporary fastening. With this Duplex nailer, concrete formwork can be installed very easily - here the nail is hammered in only up to the first head and can then be removed again with a pry bar. This is ideal for concrete formwork that is only needed temporarily.
Another advantage is the brushless motor, which not only has a positive effect on operation due to its compact design and lower weight, but is also largely maintenance-free and thus increases the overall performance of the device.
The NR1890DBCL and NR1890DBRL nailers with nail strips have already proven themselves in HiKOKI's range. Now they are getting reinforcement. "With the new nailer, we are positioning our already comprehensive range of nailers even better," summarizes Sauter. "We have the right device and the right nails in our range for every application and every requirement, so that everyone finds what they are looking for." The nailers are used wherever wooden structures must be stably connected: for carpenters on the building site, on the roof or in prefabricated housing construction. Where maximum freedom, extreme safety and high comfort are required, HiKOKI's cordless nailers are the right choice. The NR3675DD is available for immediate delivery.
