Last year, WEBO introduced the new CNC machine, the Windowmaster 50 TopLine, put into operation. This represents an important step in the company's automated process and increasing production capacity. In addition, WEBO now uses DeltaPi's 3D software for the quotation, drawing and preparation of window frames. This makes processes even more streamlined and allows WEBO to realize shorter lead times, which offers many advantages for its customers.

The Windowmaster 50 TopLine offers significant advantages over the previous machine, the Biesse Winline. Advanced milling capabilities allow WEBO to perform more complex operations with less rework. In addition, the 5-axis robotic arm makes it possible to drill at angles, such as when installing aeration holes. The automatic loading system allows the machine to run completely autonomously.
With this innovative features WEBO can produce complex frame profiles quickly, efficiently and with maximum precision. The combination of technology and automation ensures an even more flexible production process, which is a great advantage for construction projects with tight schedules.
WEBO supplies window frames that meet the requirements for Nearly Energy Neutral Buildings (BENG) and Zero-Meter Homes (NOM):
In addition to its focus on innovation, sustainability and circularity, WEBO offers among other things Refractory® also offers window frames that comply with strict Dutch and European fire and smoke protection standards, such as EN 16034. These certified window frames, available in wood and wood-aluminum, have been thoroughly tested and provide up to 60 minutes of protection against fire penetration and flash-over (WBDBO). Especially under the Quality Assurance Act (Wkb), demonstrable performance is more important than ever.
