Finishing at the intersection of precision and creativity

The new European heart of Kubota

The new European headquarters of agricultural machinery manufacturer Kubota is ready to open its doors. With 8,500 m² of office space, a 1,100 m² showroom and 3,000 m² of industrial halls, it is not just another building, but a place where innovation and cooperation are central. Stam Montagebouw B.V. brought the interior spaces to life. "This was not just any assignment, but a project that really put our expertise to the test," says Dimitri Hansen, project manager at Stam Montagebouw.

Stam Montagebouw has made a name for itself over the past 25 years with dry finishes and smart solutions. For the construction of the office for Kubota, the team provided a wide range of finishes, including sleek walls, suspended ceilings and luxury acoustic ceiling islands equipped with Insula perimeter connections. "One of the eye-catchers is the combination of LED lighting in plaster walls," Hansen explains. These innovative details enhance the modern look of the building.

Challenges overcome with vision

Stam Montagebouw handled the finishing of the interior walls, suspended ceilings and ceiling islands within this project. "We installed luxury ceilings that are not only beautiful, but also contribute to the acoustics," Hansen explains. "Everything is finished in Class A, down to the smallest details."

One of the most impressive spaces in the brand-new office building is the restaurant area. Here, round shapes were incorporated into the kitchen and walls, which had to blend seamlessly. Hansen: "The curve of the wall had to match the shape of the kitchen exactly. Even small deviations would be visible and disrupt the design." To achieve this, Stam Montagebouw worked with precise jigs and the team took multiple measurements before finishing began. "This required a combination of technical acumen and very precise execution," he said.

Efficiency in no time

Construction required tight deadlines and perfect cooperation. "The planning was challenging, but that keeps us on our toes," says Hansen. "Every detail had to be right - from the logistics organization to the coordination with other parties." With sustainable resources, such as electric forklifts, and a flexible team, Stam Montagebouw once again managed to bring this project to a successful conclusion.
