Revolutionary automatic truck blocking system for today's distribution center

Programmable locking height

The COMBILOK® G2 is suitable for all sizes and models of vehicles. From small vans to large composite trucks. Small or large wheel diameters, sideskirts or no sideskirts, or even multiple axles: it makes no difference to the COMBILOK® G2. The system provides a programmable locking height from 240 mm to as much as 460 mm. "Thanks to a sensor, the system knows exactly where to lock the wheel," says Mandema. "In addition, the COMBILOK® G2 locks with a sideways movement. This prevents damage to the truck."

More shunting space

With a length of 4.8 meters and an installation space of 6.3 meters, the COMBILOK® G2 is a lot more compact than other available blocking systems in the market. Mandema: "The system takes up little space on the driveway to the distribution center. The driver has more shunting room and more freedom to maneuver. That's important, because often those driveways are pretty tight." The COMBILOK® G2 is expandable with optional automated indirect LED lighting, which provides absolute visibility and safe guidance for the driver. Also available is the Stertil® Key Dual Height Control option. With this system, the vehicle must first be locked before you can open the warehouse door and operate the leveller.

The COMBILOK® G2 is TÜV Rheinland accredited according to the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive and CE certified. The system has been extensively tested at various international customer sites.
