Modern and functional new building for technical wholesaler

A striking new building has recently risen in Deventer: DC Rigastraat. As main contractor for this project, Ten Brinke worked with facade builder J.M. van Delft & zn. of Drunen, which was responsible for the supply and assembly of the aluminum window frames and curtain walls. The result is a beautiful building with a segmented curtain wall, which will soon open its doors to the new tenant, Wasco. Wasco is a leading wholesaler of heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and parts.

In addition to the aluminum curtain walls and window frames, aluminum escape doors were delivered and installed that are not only functional, but also add aesthetic value. The exterior of the building is further embellished with aluminum louvers, which were supplied and mounted on the exterior of the building by J.M. van Delft & zn. and commissioned by Elan Dak en Wand. These slats contribute to a modern and sleek appearance and, together with the various façade elements, ensure that DC Rigastraat exudes a contemporary and professional image.
