An attractive, light gray block pattern

In a time frame of about three months, the entire premises of Babypark Amersfoort were clad with insulated Carrier sandwich panels topped with an attractive gray block profile. "These were developed entirely in-house," says Marcel Kampert, business manager of Hardeman Insulation. "The seamless connection between the panels makes for a nice, sleek whole."

The name suggests that Hardeman Insulation specializes only in insulation work. Yet the company has been focusing on insulated roofing and cladding for some 20 years. The company has its roots in insulation work for stables. "We are now engaged in vision work," Kampert says. "That's actually what all our people find attractive. Most of our employees have been with us for more than a decade and know the ropes. They like being outside, interacting with each other and seeing how buildings become nice and sleek through their work."

One challenge at Babypark Amersfoort was the length of the gray block profiles. "These were sixteen meters high and therefore had to be mounted in two lengths," says Kampert. "But our people performed the connection very expertly. The seams are hardly visible, if at all."
