New Voorkappers business building beautifies Zevenhuis business park with impressive facade cladding

On the Zevenhuis industrial estate in Zwaag stands a new, striking building: the premises of hairdressing wholesaler Voorkappers. This modern building stands out with its sleek facades and detailed finish, realized by Hardeman Insulation. With its expertise in roofing and cladding, Hardeman played a key role in this project. "The result we have achieved as a team is really wonderful," says Matthijs van Vuuren, work planner at Hardeman Insulation.

Voorkappers' new commercial building is a striking addition to business park Zevenhuis. The building provides space for offices, a large warehouse and an experience center. It was also designed with an eye for detail and sustainability. Hardeman Insulation was responsible for the supply and installation of the roof and wall cladding, aluminum profiles and frames.

As a specialist in cladding the outer shell of buildings, Hardeman Insulation has built a solid customer base over the years. Van Vuuren explains: "Our projects are very diverse: from roof renovations where we replace asbestos sheets with new sandwich panels to waterproofing steel structures. We can also apply custom-made aluminum frames to our customers' specific requirements."

Getting started in Zwaag 

Hardeman Insulation was approached for this project by regular client Stabo Bouw. "We were commissioned to provide the roof and wall cladding," says Van Vuuren. "We enthusiastically set to work in the Zevenhuis industrial park. Our job was to assemble the facade materials and related aluminum components." The Hardeman Insulation team put its expertise to work to ensure that the new building is not only functional, but also aesthetically pleasing. Van Vuuren emphasizes, "The aluminum slats and frames really give the building that extra bit of flair!"

Hardeman Insulation looks back with pride on the completion of the Voorkappers commercial building. The team is very pleased with the final result. "Together with the client and our fitters, we have achieved a wonderful result," said Van Vuuren. "The building is a valuable addition to business park Zevenhuis." 

The successful completion is due to good cooperation between all parties involved and careful coordination of the work. "Good cooperation is crucial," says Van Vuuren. "Effective communication is essential here: I manage the foremen on the construction site on a daily basis and keep in constant contact with the client. In short, from the sale to the completion of the project, we make sure that everything runs smoothly. In this way, together with our client, we have achieved a magnificent result!"
