At WEBO, we do invention with our heads and our hands, together with each other. The result? Combined frames in HSB elements, as well as Scaffoldless® elements.

Window frames and HSB elements in one, is it possible?

Yes, and it also has many advantages. Whatever frame you choose, in combination with an HSB element, you are ready for the future. By using a timber frame element from WEBO, BENG or NOM Element®, an RC value of up to 8.0 is achieved! When a wooden BENG- or NOM-Kozijn® is installed in it, your building is ready for 2050.

The advantages of prefabricated wood frame construction include lightweight construction and construction time reduction. But that's not all, wood used by WEBO is sustainable, which in turn is good for the environment!

And Scaffoldless® Construction, what exactly is that?

Since 2014, WEBO has been engaged in Scaffoldless® Construction. By providing an HSB element with good insulation, an outer shell and window frame, the element can be installed on the building site in one go. Steps of traditional construction are all prefabricated, saving a tremendous amount of time. Who wouldn't want that?

Scaffoldless® Construction is very suitable for high-rise buildings, as these prefabricated elements can be used up to a height of 70 meters. And at such great heights the WoodAlu-Frame® excellent. The warm wood on the inside of the frame, but the sleek maintenance-free aluminum on the outside.

And production, how do you guys do it?

With a team of 120 men and women strong, we work together on the way up. Production starts with the work preparation, which is where everything in BIM engineered. The machines are controlled directly by these 3D drawings.
