The renewed Bouw Compleet exhibition concept in Evenementenhal Hardenberg is catching on. Earlier, organizer Easyfairs announced that it was revamping the concept to better meet the wishes and needs of visitors and exhibitors. For example, the exhibition dates have been changed to Wednesday 9 to Friday 11 October 2019, making it possible to visit the exhibition on a Friday for the first time, and all exhibition halls have been clustered by theme. The new fair concept is also attracting new exhibitors, including Saint-Gobain Weber Beamix, Point line, Velux Commercial, Remix Dry Mortar and Topspin.
"We see that the revamped concept is being well received by our current exhibitors and at the same time attracting new suppliers. In particular, the fact that we are also dividing up the exhibition halls by theme this year is seen as a big plus. Visitors also benefit from this new, structured layout. It provides a better overview and leads to a more efficient visit," says Miranda Vrieling, marketing manager Bouw Compleet.
Other changes to the Bouw Compleet exhibition concept include 'Life in the Bouwerij', a future square and the integration of the paint, glass and finishing segments into the Bouw Compleet concept. The 'Living in the Construction Industry' initiative will be realized in Hall 3, where networking, fun, entertainment and catering come together. For example, Volandis will present a playful activity focusing on safe working. A pub quiz will also be organized in this hall every day. The fair will end on Friday with a DJ and live music. "That fits in with the new concept, because Bouw Compleet is the party for the construction industry in the northeast of the Netherlands," says Miranda.
A new feature at Bouw Compleet is the future square. Through this initiative, Bouw Compleet answers the demand for and lack of new personnel. Organizer Easyfairs will be inviting targeted students who are following a vocational training program so that they can orient themselves to the labor market.
Exhibitors can recruit new staff. In addition, the fair organizers will visit construction sites at the end of June. A number of construction sites will be visited to personally invite employees for the upcoming edition of Bouw Compleet on Wednesday 9, Thursday 10 and Friday 11 October 2019 in Evenementenhal Hardenberg.
