From metal stud walls and ceilings to glass walls, plaster and stretch ceilings, floors, interior frames and doors, wall coverings and tiling and painting: ACN Totale Afbouw BV is happy to take care of the complete interior finishing, conversion or renovation of your government buildings, offices, showrooms, hotels, housing and retail projects. "We work mostly on behalf of contracting companies, real estate parties and retailers, who can rely on maximum quality, flexibility and reliability," explains Managing Director Thomas Jacobsen. "Our enthusiastic and skilled employees do not shy away from any challenge. Moreover: a deal is a deal."
The story of ACN Totale Afbouw BV begins in 2009, when Afbouw Coördinatie Nederland was founded by several partner companies. Initially the activities were incorporated into a cooperative, but since 2018 the company has been going through life as ACN Totale Afbouw BV. Beautiful and prominent projects have been delivered under this title, says Jacobsen, citing as examples various Spar-/Esso branches throughout the Netherlands, the Aeres Hogeschool in Almere, shopping center De Lely in Arnhem, the Audi showroom in The Hague and the Flat of the Future in Utrecht. "Our challenge is always to finish the contractor's shell construction to a high-quality delivery result, in accordance with the wishes of the architect and client. But also with maximum attention to safety, sustainability and optimal thermal and sound insulation. As an organization, we are VCA*-certified. In addition, we work with sustainable and bio-based building materials wherever possible. For example, we mainly process FSC-certified wood, which comes from sustainably managed forests. We are also highly committed to circularity. A great example of this is De Wereldburger elementary school in Amsterdam, whose wooden slatted ceilings, stairs and auditorium are made of high-quality circular wood, sourced from a donor building designated by the municipality. And so we have many more great reference projects that can inspire contractors across the country."
