Wonen aan de Ham, the new construction project with 21 spacious apartments and 14 townhouses, in Bergen op Zoom has now officially reached its highest point. In the presence of future residents and local residents, Alderman Patrick van der Velden unveiled the tympanum, the highest point, of the stately Ham House which is 22.5 meters high. After unveiling the tympanum and reaching the highest point, the alderman received a miniature version of the tympanum.
In Living on the Ham, ERA Contour is realizing 21 spacious apartments and 14 townhouses with a historic look and the comforts of today. The four-story townhouses have 5 rooms and are spacious. Starters, move-up buyers, families and seniors will be able to live there to their heart's content from the end of 2019 and enjoy the watery surroundings. The new construction project is part of the area development ScheldeVesting, the largest inner-city development in Bergen op Zoom. Alderman Patrick van der Velden of the municipality of Bergen op Zoom is enthusiastic about the new residential area: "You can see from the demand that more and more people want to live here. The municipality of Bergen op Zoom welcomes the fact that ScheldeVesting is taking more and more shape and is growing step by step into one of the most beautiful districts of Bergen op Zoom."
A stately and sturdy Ham house in warehouse style
The Hamhuis is a sturdy and sturdy warehouse-style building with 19 three-room apartments that have living areas ranging from 105 to 122 square meters. In addition, the building houses 2 four-room penthouses of183 square meters. The stately residential building is located amid the water, which future residents will soon be able to enjoy from their generous balconies or terraces.
