Start construction of energy-neutral homes Nordlandt in Almere

Ballast Nedam Development will give the go-ahead for the construction of 69 natural gas-free and energy-neutral homes in Nordlandt in Almere Noorderplassen West on Monday, April 15. Alderman Maaike Veeningen will perform the official act in the presence of buyers and others involved. All homes have been sold.

Nordlandt
Nordlandt is located in Almere Noorderplassen West in an intimate Boskamer surrounded by forest and water and with all amenities nearby. The homes under construction are 45 extra spacious row and corner houses of 5.40 wide and 24 characteristic semi-detached houses on spacious plots of approximately 110 to 306 m². Purchase prices are from € 275,500 to € 419,500. Both housing types were designed by C Concept Design in The Hague. Construction is in the hands of Heddes Bouw en Ontwikkeling BV.

The Noorderplassen
Nordlandt is part of Noorderplassen West. This new neighborhood in Almere Noorderplassen offers a living environment with all its amenities for various target groups. The neighborhood has two elementary schools, childcare, a health center and a supermarket with stores next door.
