In the realization of Oostpoort Lot 1F, Easy Clean Up played a supportive but essential role. The company was responsible for the deployment of handy workers and carpenters throughout this fantastic project. Their mission: to support the construction process and ensure that the construction site remains orderly, safe and workable.
“We ensure that waste streams are properly separated and that craftsmen can perform their work in a safe environment,” said Shakeel Rehman, general manager of Easy Clean Up. “This seems obvious, but on an active construction site, it makes all the difference every day.”
Work continues until the completion cleanup, where the building is fully prepared for occupancy. This continuous presence allows other construction partners to work without disruption and efficiently. Safety is a clear pillar here. Easy Clean Up is VCA and SNA certified, which demonstrates that the company works according to strict safety, health and environmental standards. The company is also committed to further professionalization, including obtaining the PSO label, which underlines social responsibility within the organization.

Cooperation with contractors and other performing partners went smoothly, thanks in part to the short lines of communication within the company. Easy Clean Up works with almost all major construction companies in the Netherlands and combines safe working with commitment. “Our management is in direct contact with the shop floor through short lines of communication,” adds Kiara Reynoso. “We not only want to clean up, but also contribute to quality construction projects and to the future of living in the Netherlands.”
Easy Clean Up looks back with appreciation on the collaboration within this project and thanks HSB Bouw for the trust and pleasant cooperation. Being allowed to be part of the realization of Oostpoort Plot 1F underlines how supporting disciplines also contribute to the quality of contemporary building projects.
