WTW installation for Klaasje

Steboma provides air technical installations from A to Z, both for residential and commercial construction and parking garages. At Klaasje, the company designed, supplied and installed the complete ventilation installation on behalf of De Nijs Bouw en Ontwikkeling and Huybregts Relou. The WTW installation is provided with electricity by means of PV panels on the roof. In this way the houses are provided with fresh air and polluted air is removed. In the process, as little heat is lost as possible and little energy is consumed. "It involved 146 apartments and installing WTW units is intensive work. Also on the construction site itself, because the apartments were quite large," says project manager John Nijman.

Underneath the five buildings is a large parking garage. This ensures that as few cars as possible are parked in the area. Steboma collaborated with HC PS for the construction of the parking garage ventilation. This company specializes in the design, supply and maintenance of ventilation systems in parking garages and positive pressure systems for stairwells.
