Customization per room in air technology

The air treatment in the renovated Paleis Het Loo was thoroughly renovated by specialist parties offering solutions in their respective fields. TROX supplied air technology components such as fire dampers, variable volume controllers, air diffusers and silencers. Tailored to the specific space and set requirements, an optimum in product deliveries was found in a full BIM environment, both at TROX and the installer. "The 'living zones' will soon have the optimum climate," says Account Manager Peter Esko.

The German manufacturer of air technology components was chosen partly on the basis of its added value, says Esko. "With our Easy Product Finder, in which variables such as air volume, distances and temperatures can be entered, the exact air velocity, head and noise level per diffuser in the 'occupied zone', for example, can be determined after calculation. Using the BIM library, a full calculation can be made in the BIM environment if necessary."

These can be swirl diffusers or perforated diffusers. In addition, TROX supplies a large volume of fire dampers for compartmentation and silencers for the ventilation systems. Together, this ensures that the desired accommodation conditions are present in every room: clean air - not too hot, not too cold. "All our products are project ordered and produced according to the customer's wishes.
