Platform on new construction, renovation, restoration and transformation
A round shape here, a surprising detail there. When all boundaries fall away, the most beautiful facades emerge. And that is exactly what Roel Tromp of LJ Solutions enjoys. During the BouwBeurs in Utrecht he will be in the R&D hall, where he will present a facade system that offers complete freedom of design, is maintenance-free and has fire-resistant properties.
Roel discovered the facade system about two years ago. The maker turned out to be NEOLIFE®, a manufacturer from France. "I was immediately excited. From vertical to horizontal and from square to round, with the system you can literally go in any direction. I decided to form a partnership with my company LJ Solutions. Since then, I have been the official supplier of NEOLIFE® in the Netherlands and we are fully engaged in Flanders."
Facade solutions and decking
The system of NEOLIFE® is now used by many architects, developers and construction companies. "We supply facade solutions for apartments, homes and offices, as well as decking for terraces, for example. During the BouwBeurs we show them," says Roel. "What appeals to many parties is the 'naturally pure' wood composite from which the products are made. This composite contains as much as 92 percent wood fiber from sustainably managed forests. With that, we offer a responsible choice."
Product protects itself
That responsible choice is not only in the composition, but also in the application. NEOLIFE® namely, is maintenance-free. "The products are colorfast, water-repellent and do not rot, eliminating the need for coatings," Roel said. "Thanks to the addition of mineral salts, the products also have fire-resistant properties that go up to fire class B."
Introduction Cover Smart
Recently, the NEOLIFE®-line expanded with a new product: the Cover Smart. "During the BouwBeurs we will introduce this product, which lends itself perfectly to the precast industry," says Roel. "By continuing to expand our product range, there is more and more choice. And we are able to offer a suitable solution for every application."

The BouwBeurs will take place from February 4 to 8 at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Roel can be found with his company LJ Solutions at booth D012 in hall 9. "In this special R&D hall, architects, developers and construction companies can get a taste of the latest developments in the market," concludes Roel. "So worth a visit."
