Buyers give go-ahead for construction of chic Hague homes

Behind the dunes of The Hague, in an extraordinary location, SANDT is rising. A special new housing development with characteristic and sustainable homes. On July 8, the future residents celebrated - together with Henk Harms, Director of Development and Realization at the Municipality of The Hague, Waal Bouw and VORM -  the start construction of the new construction project in Vroondaal, The Hague.

SANDT is an exceptional and sustainable new construction project at a unique location in the court city of The Hague. Enchanted by the majestic water and immense horizon, Waal and VORM are realizing homes where coming home feels like a vacation. In total, characteristic homes will be built in three phases with attention to detail, with a nod to architecture around 1900.

The homes in SANDT are being built to be especially sustainable. A home for the future. For example, each home will be gas-free and with an Energy Performance Coefficient of 0. The homes have high-quality installations, such as a heat pump, ventilation with heat recovery, solar panels, HR++ insulation windows and underfloor heating/cooling. This means a high level of sustainability and low energy costs for the future residents.

Hague architecture

The authentic details of tasteful Hague architecture create an attractive neighborhood with timeless 1930s elements. Beautiful brick facades, overhanging gutters, wooden Hague porches, elegant bay windows and staggered brickwork make each home unique. Finally, buyers are offered a chore-free home and fully landscaped garden at the time of delivery, so they can immediately enjoy the beautiful home and garden.
