Platform on new construction, renovation, restoration and transformation
For many years, Bisoton has been producing solid and insulated concrete panels for industrial and commercial construction. Since the commissioning of a completely new production facility with advanced production line in May this year, the precast concrete producer has significantly expanded its options for aesthetic wall elements. This offers plenty of prospects for residential construction.
"We have been active in this market since 2012 and are continuously looking for smart, affordable and integral solutions for our customers. Our philosophy is to contribute to a future-proof building," says Henri van Veldhuizen. "To meet the increasing demands and high demand, we recently commissioned a new production facility. Not only has this increased output, but we can also produce more product variations. That is, more variations in size and aesthetics. High insulation values, different stone patterns and special finishes are easy to process."
The possibility of enormous size variation in concrete panels makes Bisoton unique in the market, according to Van Veldhuizen. "Our production line is not limited by a number of standard dimensions. With our dynamic and skilled team, we take care of the entire scope for clients if required, provide the engineering, draw the walls in 3D, provide the reinforcement and structural calculations, .... In short: we basically arrange everything down to our own transport."
Bisoton has traditionally produced concrete panels, insulated facades, partitions, compartment walls, etc. for utilities. "We already have many distribution centers, data centers, production facilities and industrial buildings to our credit. We are currently starting production of the concrete elements for Zalando's first warehouse in the Netherlands. This involves more than 25,000 m² of concrete panels. We are also now involved in the construction of DSV's mega distribution center in Tholen and a new, large data center in Amsterdam. We are also going to put more emphasis on residential construction. For example, it is possible to realize one facade wall, including stone motif, up to 9.25 meters in length. Customers can also come to us for specials. We enjoy taking up the challenge."
