Highest point online printing company Simian reached

Henny Huisman celebrated with the party

Party at the construction site of online printing company Simian in Westerbroek. Owner Wouter Haan celebrated that the highest point of the new building was reached. Simian is using the new 16,000 m2 production hall for new printing presses and finishing machines and expanding the product range. Completion of the addition will take place in early 2020.

Simian, the parent company of the printing sites Reclameland, Printland.com and Flyerzone, is the only online printing company in the Netherlands with its own production facility. The print shop, with net sales of €22.5 million in 2018, processes more than 1,500 orders per day for over 400,000 companies and consumers in the Netherlands and Belgium. The expansion is a logical response to the growth of the company, which has gone from 50 to 150 employees over the past three years.

To celebrate reaching the highest point of the new production hall, three pizza bakers came to the construction site to treat both construction workers and employees to fresh pizzas from the oven. The honor of raising the flag was for television presenter Henny Huisman. Every two weeks Simian uploads a vlog in which the viewer is playfully kept up to date on the progress of the construction work. After three construction updates there is a small role for Henny in the fourth construction update. But whether he enjoyed it as much?
