To realize the Speelstede daycare center, three retail spaces were combined. The water supply, sewerage and ventilation had to be adapted to the new situation. De Kock: "One point of attention here was that for the sewage system not all the facilities were in place yet. And for the connection of the ventilation system we lacked information. After much research on site and in good consultation with the technical manager of the shopping center, we obtained the necessary data."
Consultation and coordination ran like a thread through the realization of the daycare center. "That is inherent to installing in a shopping center," De Kock said. "Among other things, you have to take into account the mall's opening hours and house rules, but also the interests of other retailers. Our materials had to be delivered before 8 a.m., for example. This was coordinated with the mall's facilities manager. WeBuild Work had a key role in this. This also applied to our coordination with contractor To Build and E-installer Mazurel."

"The enthusiasm and close involvement of WeBuild Work certainly contributed to the end result," De Kock continued. "This was an anything but standard project, in which many factors came together. In addition to site-specific concerns, we had to deal with a short implementation period and a tight deadline. Corona ran through that once again. However, quality was never compromised. Under the inspiring guidance of WeBuild Work, a safe, healthy and high-quality daycare center was realized. Nice that we contributed to that."
