High-quality aluminum window frames for dc Ara Almelo

The recently completed Ara distribution center in Almelo marks a successful collaboration between facade builder J.M. van Delft & zn. from Drunen and strategic partner Heembouw B.V. The trust that Heembouw placed in J.M. van Delft & zn. resulted in the supply and assembly of high-quality aluminum window frames for this impressive project.

This distribution center, designed by Heembouw Architects, is strategically located next to the entrance of XL Businesspark Twente, directly along the A35 motorway. The construction of the center proceeded in phases and, thanks to effective and timely communication, all parties involved were able to carry out their work to their full satisfaction. The successful realization adds to a series of projects in which J.M. van Delft & zn. and Heembouw have excelled together, with which they once again look back on a pleasant and successful cooperation.

What makes this project extra special is the natural screen erected over a length of one kilometer around the distribution center. This screen and the choice of aluminum window frames not only contribute to the aesthetics of the building, but also to the high sustainability ambition.
