Hardeman Insulation supplied and installed all the roof and wall sheeting for the new warehouse of furniture supplier Zijlstra in Tiel. "Because of the good preparation, the project went off without a hitch."
"For us, this project began in January 2024 and we successfully completed the work in June 2024," says work planner and project supervisor Jordi Blotenburg of Hardeman Insulation. "We didn't have to give advice beforehand on this project, but of course we can."
"We did both the roof here and the wall cladding," Blotenburg says. "For the roof, we used Delft's steel roof profile 137R/930. This profile was chosen because of its excellent properties in terms of span and load. For the wall cladding, we chose FL1060WB 100 mm panels from Falk. This panel has a very good insulation value. Both suppliers supply high-quality products and are known for their fast delivery times, which was important to us on this project."
The new warehouse is about 12,000 m2 in size and has a height of seventeen meters, a big job for the insulation company. Construction was carried out in several phases. The work went smoothly and the project was delivered to the customer's satisfaction. Blotenburg: "The cooperation with the other parties on the construction site also went very well. There was clear communication and everything was well coordinated. We did not encounter any significant challenges during this project: everything was clear and well prepared, which allowed our work to proceed smoothly."
