From the automated distribution centers for PicNic in Utrecht, Dordrecht and Oberhausen, the XL distribution center for Arvato in Echt and the ultramodern distribution center for PLUS Supermarkets in Oss to the logistics buildings of project UTR06 in Utrecht and an airplane hangar in Malta: whoever chooses a job at Kanters e.tech puts his or her signature to the most beautiful and challenging projects. "Also join the Kanters e.tech family and choose a meaningful position within our company!"
Kanters e.tech does love a technical challenge. The technical service provider in industrial automation and (building-related) E-installations has been getting processes, machines and buildings moving for nearly forty years, with a seasoned team of dedicated professionals and in close cooperation with the client. "We don't want to become the biggest in our field, but we do want to be the best party for our clients," begins general manager Maarten Kanters of Kanters e.tech. "And for that we need the best people. For this reason, we are specifically looking for an enterprising Utility Project Manager, who can join us in taking the project management of the large and more complex electrical engineering projects to a higher level. Both in utility and logistics real estate."
"The Utility Project Manager we are looking for works autonomously on one to a maximum of three technically complex projects per year, with large capacities and with budgets ranging from 1 to 6 million euros," Kanters says. "From office projects to production sites and logistics halls/distribution centers, where every conceivable E-installation from transformer to socket is advised, designed, assembled and maintained. We are looking for a project manager who has not only amply earned his or her spurs in electrical engineering, but also knows how to combine this knowledge excellently with good project management. He or she is the indispensable link between client and execution and ensures that projects are realized properly and efficiently from application to delivery. Both technically, commercially and financially, after which the project is handed over to our colleagues in the Service, Maintenance & Inspections team."
"The Utility Project Manager who chooses Kanters e.tech is choosing a meaningful position within our organization and the opportunity to really help build the future of our company," Kanters said. "But also for an attractive remuneration package, ample training opportunities and personal direction. Our new project manager is co-determined from the very beginning and thus directly involved in taking on our largest projects. He or she will have complete freedom to organize his or her projects. In this he or she will be supported by a technically mature team with a calculator, various engineers, a work planner and our own assembly team with a foreman, our own mechanics and temporary workers, who want to realize the most challenging projects as a team."
"Our ambition is to develop together and get better and better," Kanters said. "We want to use the maximum development potential, which means we are releasing but not letting go of our new project manager. We are looking for a good, fine and committed colleague with excellent collaboration skills. Both within our organization and outside it. An enterprising go-getter who knows what he or she wants and can get things moving, with an understanding of business and a clear vision of the market. No air cycling or endless planning, but someone who combines smart and hard work in pursuit of the best result."
"Because we work nationwide, we're not looking specifically in our region," Kanters concludes. "We are really looking for the best man or woman for this position. The rest can be organized and arranged." Are you interested in this position? If so, contact Kanters e.tech today for an introduction!
