House installer vouches for complete electrical installation in cold store

M. Visser Elektrotechniek has been the house installer for Müller Fresh Food Logistics Lekkerkerk for many years when it comes to electrical installations. Thus, the Capelle aan den IJssel-based company also became one of the partners for the realization of the new cold store in Lekkerkerk. Director Maarten Visser explains, "We were responsible for the complete electrical installation in all the cold stores and freezer rooms, but also in the other areas of the building. We also installed the electrical facilities for, among other things, the fire and roller doors, the lighting inside and outside and the fire alarm system and burglar alarm."

The family business has built up a strong reputation in the field of electrical installations since it was founded in 1988. This installation company focuses primarily on utilities, luxury housing and retail and has since had many well-known names as clients, such as Müller Fresh. "Over the years a lot has changed. Whereas we used to perform mainly traditional installations, we have now added climate solutions, solar panels, home automation, charging stations and many other technologies. Everything has become much more complex, but fortunately I can count on a team of experienced and committed employees, who do not shy away from any challenge," Visser says. "We like to be involved in a project at an early stage so that we can discuss everything thoroughly with the client. After all, that ensures that execution goes more smoothly and that no additional work and extra costs arise. The biggest challenge with this project in Lekkerkerk was the height of the cold store. This meant that we had to use aerial platforms of a specific type, which made good planning even more important than in other projects."
